Our flexible care model—with earlier finish times and tailored pricing for rolling rotas—can save parents hundreds of pounds each term compared to larger, less adaptable clubs. Whether you're working from home, commuting, or managing a changing shift pattern, we offer the kind of flexibility that fits your family's needs—without the high cost.
Afternoon Sessions
Flexible care options to suit your schedule:
3–5pm – £12.50
A great choice for a shorter afternoon with fun activities, crafts, and themed sessions.
3–6pm – £18 (includes dinner)
Ideal for parents working extended hours or commuting. Children enjoy a healthy, home-cooked dinner.
After 6pm – £6 per 30 minutes
Our late pick-up option offers added flexibility. Available regularly or on an ad-hoc basis to support evening meetings or long commutes.
Breakfast Club
Start the day with a smile:
7.30–9am – £9
Includes breakfast, gentle activities, and a calm, structured start to the school day.
On snow days or boiler closures, we can keep your child safe, fed, and happy all day—helping you stay on track even when school can’t. An additional fee applies for the extended hours.
Earlier openings may occasionally be arranged by special request, depending on availability and my own family commitments. These will incur an additional charge, so please discuss your needs with us in advance.
Booking Information
There is no administration fee to join—just a deposit, which is deducted from your first month’s payment.
For parents working on rolling rotas, a small holding charge is applied to reserve your place on regular days.
- Example: If you require 1 day per week rotating between Monday–Thursday, the charge would be for 1 day plus 3 days reserved.
- Please contact us to check availability and details.
Swaps between days cannot be accommodated, however ad-hoc extra sessions may be arranged subject to availability.
Holiday Care
Available for most school holidays, our holiday care is designed to give your children the kind of break you would like to give them yourself. With trips to exciting venues, engaging activities, and meals out, we provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This isn't just childcare for the holidays; this is a holiday for children who need childcare.
8am – 6pm – £60 (includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and admissions)
Note: Holiday care is exclusively available to our Wrap-Around care customers and is not offered on a standalone basis. We recommend booking in advance as places frequently sell out.
